CHUMS provides social activities for people in the Colchester area who have suffered in the past or present from mental ill health.
We hold drop-ins at different venues near Colchester town centre, please e-mail or telephone for details. Our aim is to help people to grow in confidence through the friendship and support offered. All past and present users of the Mental Health Services are welcome.
